it's time for kacang pool

Today...I made kacang pool. yeeehhhaaaa!
I cook it by accident actually. 
I nak buat sambal sardin as a dip for our dinner snack.
Husbeast been asking for dat since last night.
Tapi bila bukak kabinet...we're out of sardine!!!
So I pun try la to look around of wut I might have in my fridge.
Ada daging cincang...and ada baked beans.
So, dat's it! 
It's been a very long time since my 1st attempt of doing it.
Selalunya order aje dekat gerai Kacang Pool Haji at Larkin Bomba.
Recipe pun I ingat2 lupa dah.
So...I googled for it here.
Sedap tau, you guys shud try it.

 I couldn't get the egg right, dem it! and I used Ayam Brand baked beans instead of Kimball Foul. but da taste was 98% similar with da one at Larkin. I nailed it, wohhooo!!! hak hak hak.

semangkuk tak cukup for my man. so dis was his second bowl. the egg looks close to wut it shud be but still...not perfect. tak kisah la, asalkan ada rasa pun dah cukup. for da second bowl, I ran out of calamansi. so...yeah...a bit queasy but still sedap . T__T

saya kan 1st time makan padahal orang johor he3..bawah office ada restoran..so masa officemate order,saya pun joinlah cecah dengan roti.perghh sedap betul,wah esok nak buatlah.
