from western to malay culinary

Aduyaiii...seronoknya duduk rumah ye guys?
Orang lain pegi keje, kita boleh tengok TV.
Orang lain terpaksa tahan ngantuk, kita boleh terus landing.
Orang lain stress...kejung! Kita stress...bukak fridge!
Kalau lah being lazy macam ni pun boleh dapat duit...rosak! keh keh keh
But yeah, it's only 2 days...I'm not gonna claim everything is perfectly perfect to be unemployed.
Stil, I'm having fun.  ^__^

Dis morning I served my man with a simple western kind of breakfast.
It's easy and he loves it.
Hassle free, spent just about 10 minutes to prepare everything but da compliments were mounting.
Tiba2 I rasa macam Nigella yang hot tu. ~ferasan!

 our breakfast today. Young-Lady pun had da same thing but minus da sauteed onion and da baked beans. masa ni I lupa nak sprinkle some black pepper. it's delicous to us. ~to us only lah. he he

And for my lunch, I tiba2 terasa nak buat ratatouille.
Dat famous traditional French-Cuisine is one of my favorite.
Cuma I memang jarang sangat buat coz I'll be the only one who enjoy it.
Maklumlah, veges ni I aje yang pantang tak ada...yang lain tu pantang ada, allergic manjang.
Dis cuisine really need to be cooked with lots of extra virgin olive oil baru ada umpphh!
Time2 macam ni memang seronok masak ratatouille sebab I tak payah buat benda2 lain.
A plate full aje dah boleh kenyangkan I yang kuat makan ni. hu hu hu

mine were not nicely cut macam yang they served at 5 stars hotel tu.
I buat ikut dan I aje.

 it would be tastier if you served it with some fresh teared basil. tapi sebab I takde daun tu...so...takdelah. and I replace zucchini with potato coz zucchini pun takdak. my version! hik hik hik

Young-Lady, as usual...nasi + kicap + ayam goreng.
Kalau bukan ayam goreng..telur goreng, kalau bukan telur goreng..kentang goreng.
Balik2 itu aje lah yang dia mintak.
Veges? If I'm lucky she will ask for carrot. 
But usually memang tak la.  T__T
Since I served my ratatouille with oven roasted corn, I made sweet corn from half of da cob for her.
Memang lah tak rasa macam yang jual kat Daily Fresh tu, it was much tastier. hak hak hak ~dah start dah!

I made just one tiny bowl for her. biar sikit jangan membazir. but it's actually not enuff. and I need to boil some more afterwards. ~nanges!

Dinner time we all jadi melayu balik. he he he
Macam biasalah, ada yang request.
But because I'm not working, I memang tak kisah langsung Husbeast nak I masak apa pun.
I thought he might wanna have some super tricky dishes since we have almost everything in da fridge and kitchen.
Guess wut? He just ask for his mum's sambal ikan bilis, ikan kering bulu ayam (I tak suka!!!) and ayam halia.
Nampaknya bini jawa dia ni telah berjaya turn him into a complete 'Jawa Man'. ~pitam!

sambal bilis tu nampak gelap becoz of da new belacan dat I'm using. Husbeast beli belacan Penang yang sungguh la bacin! lepastu dia suruh pulak I goreng ikan kering bulu ayam tu. sedih okeyh! I boleh jamin...esok pun belum tentu boleh hilang bau bauan ni. ~nanges!

tp kalo without gaji i will pengsan tak bangun2 nanti...hehehe
